• Navigation: The three menu types available throughout this site are Upper Left Menu, Left Side Menu, and Upper Section Menu as on the Corporate Aviation Catalog, General Aviation Catalog, and on Individual Product Pages will be self evident as you proceed.
• Frequent Questions Section: Please note that you may always access the Frequent Questions section for clarification on common customer questions.
   
• Products: At this time, all Eaglesoft Development Group Aircraft are specifically designed and offered for either FS9 or FSX.
• Each simulation version is offered at its own specific price point so customers must choose which simulation version they wish to own.
• Currently, Eaglesoft Development Group offers one so called "Dual Simulation Version" which includes both FS9 and FSX Installers in one package at one price point.
• That product is the Raytheon Premier1 Corporate Jet.
• All Eaglesoft FSX Aircraft are Full FSX Certified which is our own in house designation for so called "FSX Native" Models for FSX which include, among other things, DX10 Preview Support.
• There are currently three exceptions to the above and though offered for FSX these three are Basic FSX Certified which means they do not support DX10 Preview in FSX.
• Those FSX products are Citation X v1.0, Beechjet/Hawker v1.5 and Raytheon Premier 1 v1.5.
• All Eaglesoft Development Group Aircraft fully support Windows Vista 32/64 Bit and Windows 7 32/64 Bit Operating Systems.

• Specific Product Knowledgebase threads are included in many of our forums.
• Protection: Our Support Forum Membership in Good Standing policy is based on a standard set of rules which prohibit misbehavior toward others or toward Support Staff. These rules are in place for the protection of our customers and our forums are moderated in order to enforce those rules
